Ms. Mitchell is an associate in the maritime practice group at Foreman Friedman, P.A. She practices in civil litigation, focusing on the defense of passenger and crewmember claims. Originally from Rochester, New York, she completed her undergraduate studies at Pepperdine University, where she graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Philosophy and Political Science. Ms. Mitchell received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Psychology, Public Policy & Law Journal and as a Director of the University of Miami Student Chapter of the Dade County Bar Association.
