Mr. Rifkin works in all areas of legal practice at Foreman Friedman, P.A. Originally from Boston, Massachusetts, he completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Miami, where he graduated cum laude in the top 7 per cent of his class, completed a major in Political Science and a minor in Business Law, and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.

Mr. Rifkin is currently completing his Juris Doctorate at the University of Miami School of Law, where he is currently in the top 6 per cent of his class and serves as a member of the Business Law Review. While working for the University of Miami Business Law Review, Mr. Rifkin wrote an article entitled “From the Athletic Field to the Court Room: It is Time to Protect Celebrity Collegiate Athletes’ Right of Publicity,” which analyzes and explores the exploitation of collegiate athletes’ right to publicity in the internet age.
