Ms. Mitchell Fagenson is a partner at Foreman Friedman who handles a wide variety of maritime claims in state and federal court, as well as in arbitration, including claims involving personal injury and wrongful death, sexual assault, products liability, and medical negligence. Her practice primarily focuses on the representation of cruise lines, vessel owners, cargo lines, tour operators and other entities in the hospitality, shipping and tourism industries. She also has experience with aviation law, construction and surety law, premises liability, automobile liability, contractual disputes and negligent security claims. Originally from Rochester, New York, she completed her undergraduate studies at Pepperdine University in Malibu, California, where she graduated magna cum laude with a degree in philosophy and political science. Ms. Mitchell Fagenson received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Psychology, Public Policy & Law Journal and as a Director of the Student Chapter of the Dade County Bar Association.
