Victor Iglesias is an associate attorney with Foreman Friedman’s complex commercial litigation and corporate counsel practice group. Mr. Iglesias was born in Havana, Cuba and grew up in Miami, Florida, where he obtained his Bachelor of Science in Communication from Florida International University. Mr. Iglesias then obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law. While attending the University of Miami School of Law, Mr. Iglesias served as the Senior Notes and Comments Editor for the University of Miami Business Law Review; completed the University of Miami’s federal appellate clinic; and served as a Certified Legal Intern for the Miami-Dade County State Attorney’s Office. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Iglesias defended against multi-million-dollar insurance bad faith and insurance coverage actions; practiced real estate litigation; and counseled condominium and homeowners’ associations on compliance with state and federal law.
