Brianna Rosen is a dedicated litigator with experience representing clients across a range of personal injury and negligence matters. Her practice focuses on pre-litigation and litigation involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and general negligence claims. Brianna’s ability to manage complex caseloads from intake through resolution allows her to deliver efficient and effective representation to her clients.

Before joining Foreman Friedman, Brianna practiced at several South Florida firms where she gained extensive courtroom and negotiation experience. As an Assistant State Attorney in Miami-Dade County, she handled bench and jury trials, motion practice, and hearings, and was promoted to the Juvenile Division within her first year. She later served as an Associate Attorney at The Founders Law and Shamis & Gentile, managing demanding caseloads and negotiating settlements on behalf of injured clients.

While in law school, Brianna clerked and interned at various legal offices, including the Office of the City Attorney, the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court of Florida, and several prominent personal injury firms, gaining hands-on experience in legal research, client relations, and case preparation.
