Cecile von Batemberg is a partner at Foreman Friedman, P.A. Cecile was raised in Switzerland and is fluent in German. Cecile obtained her bachelor's degree in criminology from University of Florida, and a J.D. from University of Miami School of Law where she participated in the Innocence Clinic. Prior to joining the firm, Cecile was an Assistant State Attorney in the Miami State Attorney’s Office and thereafter defended first-party insurance litigation cases for multiple years.
