Paul Bagley is a partner at Foreman Friedman. His practice focuses on representing clients in matters relating to securities, including claims under Section 10(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, governmental investigations, admiralty and maritime matters, construction-related disputes, and consumer class actions. Mr. Bagley has significant experience in the prosecution and defense of commercial contracts and business tort actions and regularly advises clients regarding complex business issues. Mr. Bagley received his B.A. summa cum laude from the University of Miami and J.D. from Stanford Law School.
