Ms. Fagenson is a partner at Foreman Friedman who handles a wide variety of maritime claims in state and federal court, as well as in arbitration, including claims involving personal injury and wrongful death, sexual assault, products liability, negligent security, medical negligence, contractual disputes and appeals. Her practice primarily focuses on the representation of cruise lines, vessel owners, tour operators and other entities in the hospitality, shipping and tourism industries.

Originally from Rochester, New York, she completed her undergraduate studies at Pepperdine University in Malibu, California and received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Psychology, Public Policy & Law Journal. Ms. Fagenson was previously employed as an in-house litigation attorney for Norwegian Cruise Line.
